Lamb and Feta Sliders with Mint Mayo Event: Grill 116 Slider Ingredients:
Preheat the grill and wipe with canola oil. Grill sliders on low, indirect heat for approximately 6 minutes each side (130 Degrees for medium rare, 140 degrees for medium). For Mint Mayonnaise, mix all ingredients and ready to serve. Serve sliders on buns with cucumber slice and a teaspoon of mint mayonnaise. Dash each of Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper Heat and blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy before adding the crab. Then, add the crab meat and heat through. Stir frequently. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add melted butter and chocolate and stir until combined. Then, add flour and stir to combine. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking sheet. Baking at 350 degrees for 20 - 24 minutes. Remove when edges and top start to appear firm but center is still soft. I remove mine from the oven at 20 minutes making them gooey and super yummy! Cool, slice and serve. Paired wonderfully with Occidental Road Cellars 2008 Estate Sweetheart Syrah. |
