Lamb and Feta Sliders with Mint Mayo

Preheat the grill and wipe with canola oil. Grill sliders on low, indirect heat for approximately 6 minutes each side (130 Degrees for medium rare, 140 degrees for medium).
For Mint Mayonnaise, mix all ingredients and ready to serve.
Serve sliders on buns with cucumber slice and a teaspoon of mint mayonnaise. Pairs well with our Occidental Road Cellars Estate 2013 Syrah!
